Are you eager to contribute to meaningful social change while embracing the richness of cultural diversity?
At UTOPIA Washington, volunteers serve as integral members, amplifying the impact of our programs and services. We welcome volunteers who have expertise and knowledge in the programs we offer, as well as those new to our services and resources for the community.
Volunteer opportunities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting our annual fundraisers as registration attendants, mobile tellers, stagehands, runners and more.
- Organizing and providing services with the Mapu Maia Clinic and serving community during weekly outreach events.
- Community phone banks, lobbying days, and citizenship workshops with the SPEaC Change team.
- Supporting youth, intergenerational communities, and perpetuating culture with MANA!
We are seeking volunteers who are dedicated to supporting Queer and Trans Pacific Islanders, communities of color, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Our ideal volunteers are empathetic listeners, energetic learners, slow to judge, and skilled in fostering supportive relationships.
