Maggie Mau Fa’amausili is originally from the islands of American Samoa, proudly representing the village of Masefau. She brings over a decade of experience in the medical field, having served diverse communities in both Pierce county, Washington State and Anchorage, Alaska. Through her work, she has developed a strong foundation in patient care and community health across a range of settings and demographics.
Maggie is deeply passionate about serving underserved and underrepresented communities, viewing her role in healthcare as a meaningful form of service to her Pacific Islander community, 2sLGBTQIA+community as well as to other marginalized groups in need of equitable access to resources and support. Her commitment is rooted in cultural values, and a genuine desire to uplift others, making her a trusted advocate within the communities she serves.
Outside of her professional life, Maggie dedicates time to her second passion, volleyball. Through her talent, discipline, and love for the sport, she has earned numerous awards and recognitions over the years.
Maggie continues to embody a powerful balance of service, and personal excellence in all that she does.
