Chrystahl Portia C. Fiso is a proud Samoan Fa’afafine who has transitioned from a celebrated beauty queen and entertainer to a dedicated healthcare professional. With roots in Iliili/Pago Pago and Olosega Manu’a in American Samoa. Chrystahl has graced the stages of Fa’afafine and Trans beauty pageants both locally and internationally. She has performed as a showgirl at notable venues including Bar 7, Fusion Waikiki, and the Scarlet Lounge in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Despite the allure of the entertainment industry, Chrystahl found her true calling in serving her community. Motivated by the medical challenges faced by her late mother and Pasifika people, she pursued a career in healthcare. With over six years of experience, she has worked as a Resident Assistant at Mental Health Koukua and as a Lab Technician in the Emergency and Intensive Care Departments at Queens West Medical Hospital. Inspired by caring for her late mother, she graduated from the ADND Nursing Program at Kapiolani Community College and is currently studying to become a Registered Nurse at South Seattle College. Chrystahl is excited to bring her holistic approach to care and advocacy to the Pacific Northwest and is deeply committed to supporting the growth of UTOPIA. She’s now geared up and ready to bless our community with all her blessings.
