MANA Youth Program Coordinator

Bonti Lefetapai Tavui Ngauamo (pronoun friendly) was born in Burien, Washington and currently resides in Enumclaw, Washington. He is a proud graduate of Enumclaw High School, Class of 2023. Bonti was the first youth member of our MANA Youth program, and has influenced and shaped what MANA Youth is today. Since his junior year, Bonti has been doing advocacy work through MANA Youth Council, The Principals Student Advisory, and was a pivotal leader in their schools Cultural Program under the direction of Sui-Lan Ho’okano. Bonti is no stranger to building inclusive spaces for all Queer and Trans young people, and has developed many skills over the years that will help take MANA Youth Program to the next level. Bonti hopes to use this new opportunity as the newest MANA Youth Program Coordinator to help continue the legacy of love and support that UTOPIA Washington provides for all 2SLGBTQIA+ youth. He is currently pursuing makeup and plans to one day become a full time makeup artist in the near future.

I am very excited to start this journey and I am very thankful for this opportunity to work with the youth. I am very blessed during this journey of mine and I can’t wait for what the future holds for me.
