Each year, the Miss Island Goddess Pageant brings together hundreds of people from near and far to celebrate the brilliance and resilience of our Queer and Trans Pacific Islander community. It is a gathering that honors culture, beauty, and storytelling affirming who we are and where we come from. Miss Island Goddess is a celebration of visibility, belonging, and the joy that guides our journey.
Since 2009, UTOPIA Washington has been a home for Queer and Trans Pacific Islanders, supporting youth, adults, and elders in every stage of life. For over 15 years, we have created spaces of safety and healing, provided critical resources and advocacy, and uplifted leadership that centers community power. As the only organization in Washington dedicated to Queer and Trans Pacific Islanders, UTOPIA remains a place where people can find care, strength, and the tools to thrive.
The Miss Island Goddess beauty pageant is one of the ways we carry this mission forward. With your support, we provide health and safety resources, strengthen harm reduction efforts, and host cultural celebrations that honor the dignity of our people.
