Community Food Pantry
UTOPIA Washington acknowledges the impact nutritious food has on the health of our community. Recent studies show that transgender and gender diverse individuals face an increased risk of heart disease and stroke due to structural factors including barriers to nutritious food. Our Food and Nutrition Policy, developed in collaboration with the American Heart Association, demonstrates our commitment to providing options that enable positive health outcomes, promote mental well-being, help prevent and manage diet-related chronic disease and respect the cultural needs of the communities we serve. Please reference this policy for donation guidance. We appreciate your support.
If you need assistance in filling out the form, please let us know and we will be happy to help. Contact email@example.com or we can assist you when you arrive.
